Ref: ELE1415281DSTXRSAR              DUE DATE: 24th February 2016, 3 PM. Sub: Enquiry for supply of AC-DC high voltage source - 1 No***** Dear Sir/ Madam, 1.      Quotations are invited for the supply of above item as per the specification given below: 2.      Specifications:High voltage source : Voltage +/- 30 kV DC+/- 20 mA AC. Required harmonic voltage profile (atleast upto 7th harmonic) be generated by carrying input voltage fed by function generator, should have voltage and current monitoring control(bandwidth -3db, DC to 5 kHz) slew rate greater than 550 V/s, large signal bandwidth DC to greater than 2.5 kHz. 3.      The Quotations duly sealed and superscribed on the envelope with the reference no. and due date, should be addressed to the undersigned so as to reach on or before the due date stipulated above. 4.      The quotations should be valid for sixty days from the due date and the period of delivery required should also be clearly indicated. 5.      Relevant literature pertaining to the items quoted with full specifications (and drawing, if any) should be sent along with the quotations, wherever applicable.  Samples if called for, should be submitted free of charges, and collected back at the supplier’s expenses. 6.      Goods should be supplied carriage paid and insured. 7.      Goods should not be supplied without an official purchase order. 8.      Payment: Every attempt will be made to make payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of bill/acceptance of goods, which is later. Quotation to be sent to Prof. R.
