Dear Sir/ Madam, Ref No: CHY/TPRA/13-14/011 dated 16-09-2013 The Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai - 600036 invites sealed quotation on a limited, 2-bid tender system for the purchase of: a) Advanced Analytical HPLC System b) Preparative HPLC System with Recirculation for the project titled 'Quantum Cluster Solar Cells" with all necessary accessories as per the specification attached. The technical bid and the financial bid must be in two separate envelope. It must be in a single quote for both the above systems.
